Hello! We are based in Melbourne and a few weeks ago I noticed a dead huntsman between my window and fly screen. A day later it had company and another huntsman joined (alive). Now, I know they can fit though very small gaps but I feel as if it may be stuck there? It has lost two legs since I first noticed it there and the dead body is gone too. Did the new guy eat it?

Anyway, my question is: do I remove the fly screen and let the spider get out or shall I not intervene and possibly stress him out? I don't mind him living there, I'm just worried he can't get to food and has lost his legs trying to get out?

Please help 😅
