Speed Limit and Driving

Hey everyone! I moved up from the states almost a year ago and I’ve been little confused on whats socially acceptable speeds on like bigger highways (400, 401, 69, etc.)

In the states it was like socially acceptable to go 3-5 mph over on town roads and around 7-9mph on a highway without attention from police or like limiting getting pulled over for speeding you know.

I try to follow flow of traffic but also it feels just so much over the speed limit, I understand I’ve switched to KM but on the 401 it will say 100 Km and people are passing me on both sides even when flow of traffic is around 120 Km at like 130-140 Km. I don’t wanna slow down traffic but I also don’t wanna be caught speeding is there like a safe range? Or like a general consensus on a safe amount over?

Heyo! I’m a student living in London over the summer and its my first year in Canada, I am trying to find a internet provider, I live alone and its for like phone, laptop, tv, and the occasional game console. From the research I’ve done I understand that most go through Bell and Rodgers anyways, I was leaning more towards Bell, but I’d prefer just some opinions and thoughts from people who have been here longer and have experience. Thank you!
