My stepdad looked up a phone number for Spectrum Internet and TV Support. Ended up calling a fake number that he found on a website that looked like Spectrum’s. Communicated for two days. Stopped short of giving remote access to his phone.

He’s on his way to my house so I can freeze his credit reporting for a bit.
