Hello! I have a couple of years of experience in Muay Thai + jiu jitsu, but don't have the money/time to train full time in classes. I do a lot of stuff on my own when I have time (I have a garage with a heavy bag and a jiu jitsu dummy) but nothing beats training with a person. Any places that allow drop ins for open mats with no charge on Saturdays near Huntington, WV?

I am going to be in the Mesa Arizona area for a week here in a couple of weeks. Any places that you would recommend? Looking to drop in and get some open mat work with non toxic guys
