Hello,

I just wanted to know what the process was regarding the period between phase 1 and 2. So I know you can get put on holding, but could you go home if you wanted to? There will either be a 6ish week wait, or a 2/3 week wait depending on my phase 2 start dates.

What about after finishing phase 2? What is the procedure and process from transitioning from phase 2, to your first posting? Do you get SLA right away, is there a transition/induction period, or what? Do you just turn at your new base?

I will be applying for SFA right away but understand that I could be waiting, therefore I assume I would have SLA in the meantime?
