I bought swim trunks from arenasport.com, but the size didn’t fit. When I tried to return them, it turned out to be impossible through their website.

I contacted customer support, and they refused my return in a rude and unprofessional way. The strange part is that the product page clearly stated a 60-day return policy (I even have a screenshot).

This feels very misleading and dishonest. Has anyone else had issues with Arena Sport USA returns?
