Group Practice Showing Favouritism?

Hello! I work from a group practice and there seems to never be the ability to gain a 'full' caseload, but yet we are constantly told there is a waitlist for specific demographics (i.e. couples).

I started working with couples recently, and informed my supervisor I would be happy to work with couples with afternoon availability, as at the moment I cannot accommodate more evening time-slots. I knew this would slow down the referral process but figured something would eventually show up.

I see recently on our scheduling platform that the interning therapist (also acting as intake coordinator) who just started seeing clients for internship 1 week ago has 3 couples clients added to her caseload - all between 1pm-4pm. I'm unsure if I should say anything to the supervisor as I've been practicing out of this clinic for 3 years and feel seniority should be considered. I'm also accepting of other perspectives that there could be factors I'm overlooking due to sheer frustration.
