Im in California. If there is a medical director for a medspa with multiple locations, can RNs inject without a provider on site? Im so confused. I’ve read that a provider (MD or NP) can do good faith exams virtual and the RN can inject? Is this right?

I’m a nurse with 8 years inpatient IV. I’m also an FNP but have no Np experience. I’m not even getting any call backs for interviews. Will medspas let me observe them so i can put something on my resume or is that just wishful thinking
