Which of my anthuriums can I cross together?
Hello!
Since I have been seeing more flowers lately, I have been wondering what possible crosses I can create with my anthuriums.
Can you help me out?
I have stored KoS and some Clarinervium pollen in the freezer. If any more flowers pop up in the future I want to be prepared, instead of wasting pollen willy nilly :)
The flower in the photo is from my Delta force.
I have these anthuriums:
King of Spades
Delta force
Metallicum
Clarinervium
Warocqueanu
A very sad Queen of Hearts, that is still acclimating
And these crosses, according to the sellers:
Besseae aff × papillilaminum
papillilaminum K1 × T5
Crystallinum silver × forgetii
(Magnificum × forgetii) × (magnificum verde)
Can any of my plants even cross?
Does the order play a role? (plantA × plantB vs plantB × plantA)
I never really got a good understanding of plants that can breed together. If you have any resources for me that would help me out, I would appreciate it!
