My MD thinks she has developed entire Microsoft System
Recently I got migration project, there are some excel macros and they need to be migrated to SQL and .Net based application which is already existing. There are like 5 lakh formulas to be migrated, and around 20 macros to be moved. She is expecting us to finish this like in 3-4 days along with design and implementation plan.
I have never had good experience with Non technical managers here in Deloitte. They think they are above everyone. Doing s*it politics and getting promoted to Manager and above.
