What’s it like working at Majesty’s Pleasure (Toronto &NYC)?

I’ve seen a lot about the space and events, but I’m more curious about the actual work environment for nail techs. Is the training thorough? How’s the team/management?

Also wondering what the pay structure looks like (hourly, commission, tips) and if it’s consistent.

Would love to hear from anyone who’s worked there or knows someone who has.
