Hi, does anyone here have experience with Dr. Turgut Yüce
Has anyone here ever heard of someone dying during or after a rhinoplasty? I have been planning my nose surgery for years, but I am honestly extremely scared, especially because I recently heard about a young girl who died in Turkey after a nose surgery. I know every surgery has risks, especially with general anesthesia, but this really made my anxiety much worse. I would really like to hear honest experiences or information from people who had rhinoplasty, especially in Turkey. Were you also scared before the surgery? How did you deal with it?
Hi everyone,
my surgeon recommended a rib graft / rib cartilage for my rhinoplasty because my nose is deviated/crooked and he said it might be needed for better support and a more stable result.
This would be my first rhinoplasty, not a revision, so I’m honestly a bit scared because rib graft sounds more serious than using septum cartilage only.
For anyone who had rib cartilage used:
How was the recovery from the rib area?
Was the pain bad or manageable?
Did it affect breathing, sleeping, walking or moving around?
Are you happy you had it done?
Did your nose stay stable over time?
Did anyone regret it or have problems like warping/bending?
I’m not against it if it’s really necessary, but I’m nervous and would like to hear real experiences before making a final decision.
Thank you so much.
