Decision regarding Sale of land in kizhakkambalam and Infopark Phase 3
I have around 5 cents which I bought in 2020 for 17 lakhs , I bought it back then coz I thought I wld just build a small resort type home where I wld stay once in a month or smth as it overlooked a paddy.
But then I just changed my mind and decided not to build that , I asked my neighbouring house if they want the property and they offered me 21.5 lakhs which I think is too low coz it's like 4% cagr whereas a bank fd wld have got me more than that
So my question is has the property price only appreciated this much or is he lowballing me . Also I heard Abt the infopark Phase 3 expansion to kizhakkambalam but then haven't heard much news Abt it , Does anyone have any idea whats going on with it and where exactly it's gonna come
My propery is 200m down the road marked in red opposite to St Mary public school , the plot is 1.3km from kizhakkambalam town
so Im just in a dilemma rn whether I shld sell or wait for phase 3 if it's happening or sell for a better price
