For more context:
The cognitive dysfunction can be summarized as a constant sense of overstimulation, being overwhelmed by simple tasks, inability to organize myself and/or multitask. Memory issues. Particularly slow to switch on in the mornings.
I like to think that I operated at quite a high level before all of this began. It kind of feels like concussion symptoms that never went away + ADHD like symptoms (something that I definitely didn't have before) + anhedonia.
Insomnia is still a major issue - I don't think I've felt properly rested after a nights sleep in over 2 years. Trazadone has allowed me to "sleep" but it feels like a very shallow sleep that does't actually help me recharge.
My ability to exercise has improved substantially in the 2+ years and general fatigue is now manageable but greatly improved.
In curious what, if anything, has helped for those in a similar situation. Thanks in advance for your input!
