My sister is diagnosed with CSF leak from right side of her nose. We took her to doctor a week later of leak. They did CT scan and reports says a bony defect hole 3.7mm cribiform plate , nasal septum deviation, and fluid filled sinuses. We took her to a govt hospital. A good govt hospital in delhi ,Can’t afford private. They prescribed her some medication pantop, diamox, diclofenac, syrp lactulose, sry nasocapine and a strict bed rest. Its been 15 days she is still om those medicine and no improvement still csf leaking whenever she sit or stand. Laying down she can feel fluid running through her throat. And she is having the worst cough ever. Her brain hurts while coughing a lot. No sryp nothing working. Went to doctor they said do MRI . Did MRI this Saturday they are saying wait for reports and it will come in 5 days
I am so worried for her
If any doctor reading this please help suggest what should i do

No history if trauma , No previous disease , no hypertension no diabetes no TB nothin
