Male Actor from 90s era middle-ish aged, glasses and sandy spikey hair with glasses. I vaguely remember him in a dress shirt and maybe being a dad but that part might be wrong. Looks almost exactly like Artie from The adventures of Pete and Pete except slightly longer hair. I’m fairly certain that this is a pretty well known actor from popular movies so I hope it doesn’t violate the “no people” rule.
