Hi everyone! I'm subletting my UBC Exchange studio for the summer.
Available from June 7 to the end of August (end day is negotiable)
Rent: 1200/month, waaaayyyy much lower than the original price
The building has great amenities, including a large gym, a rooftop patio/terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun in the summer, and a games/ lounge area with pool tables. The rooftop is honestly one of my favorite parts of the building.
The location is also super convenient, right on UBC campus and close to transit, food, and student facilities.
