My qualifications are BA English Honours from Delhi University. I'm leaning towards choosing state unis in Mumbai maybe. They have a better syllabus honestly and I think central ones have too much competition. Central Universities (DU in my experience, has no structure and is degrading in the courses it just has a superficial value now)

Is a state university worth it?

How is Mumbai University for a masters in English? I looked into the syllabus and it looks good.

I have a bachelors from University of Delhi and around 7 cgpa. Is it hard to get into the university?
