Hello, I am spending a few days in San Francisco before heading to Yosemite via Amtrak Goldrunner and YARTS. Would others choose to take the thruway bus from the SF city center to Emeryville to catch the Goldrunner or should I take BART and catch the Goldrunner in Richmond? Is the thruway bus reliable? Thank you.
