I hadn't played PES for a long while and since I still have PES 2019 for PC, that's what I'm playing. But I don't seem to be able to find an option file to fix the team names and kits for the Premier League, Bundesliga and La Liga and it's bugging me.

Does anybody a place I could dig them out of?
