2004 honda accord ex v6 nav 200k miles

I got a backup cam after putting it off for some time. I first bought a cheap one for around $20 on eBay, and after installing it, the quality was terrible. So I upgraded to a nicer one (~$60), but this one also looks awful — black and white, lines running through it, and very grainy.

I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I reached out to support, but they weren’t very helpful. I thought maybe it was a bad ground, so I tried a fresh one, but that didn’t fix it either.
