Finally got Enki S ending
I got funger back in 2023, and had only achieved D'arce's ending D before sadly giving up on getting other endings due to school. Fast forward to recently where I finished my exams, I realised that I had funger installed and re-visited it and challenged myself to get Enki S ending (yes, I jumped straight into hard mode). While I did followed a guide on YouTube (and abused the infinite blue vial glitch), the run took 9 hours in total. I kept dying to the dogs in the first hour due to my lack of understanding of dungeon layout.
It was still super hard despite the guides as I had to restart once due to a lack of torches. In my final run, I had no idea why I thought a soul stone was needed for the tormented soul and wasted time to scavenge for silver coins to buy one. However, it was not completely useless as I used it on the white angel shortly after. It was super satisfying to get Enki S ending, and I would not have survived without guides that were available online.
To celebrate this, I redrew his S ending. There are some mistakes such as wrong book colour as I was using gradient map for the base colour to get the values right and it became greenish? I don't have time to fix it due to stuff in life so I would like to imagine that he is reading something from the dungeon library haha. I love all funger characters equally but I kinda relate to Enki as a bookworm lol. Perhaps I will challenge myself to other S endings in the future.
