Increased dosage now I'm tired all the time
have been taking 20 mg of vyvanse after years of ritalin/concerta usage. Found it to be extremely effective for me for about a year and recently felt like it was becoming less effective. My doctor upped my dose to 30 mg a day. With my previous dosage, I could feel the onset of the meds and would then be focused for hours. Now, I don't ever feel that focus and just go right to sleepiness. Before it even hits noon, I'm forcing myself to not fall asleep. I have no focus and am find lack of interest in things that I usually enjoy (nothing dramatic, just not interested in tv shows I usually am excited to watch each week, etc).
I've only been on it for a week now, so not sure if this will level out? Also, this has coincided with my luteal phase which is when I usually am the most tired and irritable, so not sure if that is a significant factor.
