السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. ضعت تفاح وبصل وبهارات في البط. وضعت السكر على البط. ثم ضعت البط في الفرن. الحمدلله

Assalamualaikum! I made Peking duck yesterday. I stuffed it with apples, green onions, garlic, and spices, brushed the skin with maltose and vinegar, then cooked in the oven after about 24 hours. Also practicing my Arabic 😅
