I've been experiencing this problem since 10 AM, even though I haven't done anything on my account other than posting Custom Portraits in the game to perform some CAWs, including minutes before this problem suddenly appeared for me.
After several attempts and waiting hours to see if it was a general problem, I also checked the EULAs and saw that I had accepted them all. Furthermore, I even disconnected my 2K account from Steam (where I play) and reconnected it, which was unsuccessful.
I also tried accessing the Uploads website on other devices and it still didn't work. I don't know what to do and I saw that 2 people on this subreddit reported this error as well, but since it was only a few people, I don't know if it's a server problem, since the website's own Server Status says everything is normal
