Essentially I want to do a digital detox however all of the digital detox retreats I've found online have been super crunchy and this is not something I'm interested in.

Are there any resorts that are "anti-tech?" Ideally, I would like them to take my phone away from me because I have zero self control but I would settle for a resort where phones are simply discouraged (like in The White Lotus). I also want to avoid resorts where you're forced to be on your phone because everything is manged through their app.

I live in Germany so it would be great if the resort is easily accessible from Europe. Budget wise, I'd like to not spend more than 500€ a night but this is not a hard limit.
