I’m a 21-year-old Brazilian man and a Christian. I’ve never really had the habit of masturbating or watching pornography; it’s just never been something that interested me. However, for about the past two years, I’ve been experiencing sudden and unexpected episodes of sexual arousal. What makes it unusual is that these episodes happen without any kind of physical stimulation or even sexual thoughts. The sensation just appears out of nowhere, sometimes becoming so intense that I would end up ejaculating spontaneously. At first, it was quite difficult to deal with. The constant, unpredictable arousal was already challenging, but the spontaneous ejaculation made things even more uncomfortable and confusing. Over time, though, I gradually got used to it and learned to just let it happen. Eventually, I even started to appreciate those moments of pleasure instead of resisting them. In the past few months, however, things have changed. The ejaculation has stopped, and now it’s mostly just the arousal that comes and goes throughout the day. These episodes usually last a few minutes and then fade away on their own. I’m curious to know if there are other men who experience something similar, especially when it comes to dealing with spontaneous ejaculation or persistent arousal without clear triggers. If anyone else has gone through this, I’d be open to hearing about your experience and having a respectful conversation about it.
