I have a question for subs that are employed through edustaff, you can answer even if you aren’t from Michigan but I just wanted to ask here before asking Edustaff about it.

I have been subbing since December of 2025, never occurred the 30 hours to get an hour of paid sick leave though. My question is do we even get that? I know in Michigan there’s a law that employers are required to give us Paid Sick Leave but not sure if that applies to us though.
