am I just very unlucky? No hrt (still have uterus and progesterone gave monthlong migraines) - I have had pmdd since my forties and my period stopped a few months ago. I have not felt well a single day since - bad hot flashes - aching joints - tired af - digestive issues - panic attacks - the basic pmdd day before period shitshow. Will this lift?
