As much as i dont agree with the 18+ verificarion with some online sites. We have seen it recently hitting services like playstation online messaging.

Roblox as most know is one of the most damaging things to kids nowadays exposing them to things like gambling, microtransactions, sexual themes/violence and a lot of online predators, with the ceos doing nothing about it.

This is the one thing i would like to see hit with it, at least 18+ to type/send messages at all.

I'm not to familiar with how to even put forward something like this but i am willing to put some effort in if it seems at all possible. Whether i just start talking to local mp or anything. Looking for any advice or is it just a lost cause?

This has been a horrible and really completely unnaceptable process i have been going through the last week. I recently purchased the complete edition of zombie army 4 which includes season pass 2 and 3 and some other content. The rest of the content unlocked but i am missing season pass 2.

I have already done all the steps multiple times, logging out and back in, check store page, restore licences etc. And confirmed it is deffinitley supposed to come with season pass 2.

I have gone through support service multiple times and i keep getting the same bs and over 20minutes for a reply every single time. It has been hours wasted and you cant even close the window untill someones ready to talk.

First time :thursday, told them about the issue and listed all the steps i had taken. The agent repeated the same steps the ai gave me and then disconnected me immediatley. Couldnt connect back at all

Friday: Tried all day to ring them and contact them and just get the "we are experiencing high volume try again at a later date"

Early Monday: "exactly the same as friday, they repeated the same steps and disconnected me again.

Now i finally got through to someone and they said were going to check the licence on their end, provided transaction id, account etc. Sounds promising. Only to be told 20minutes later with no other response "have you tried going to related content and checking addons there" and disconnected again. WTF.

I have contacted the game studio as well but no response after 4 days either. I normally would just charge back through bank but i dont want to comprimise my psn account at all.

Now its going to be another day trying to get through and repeat all this bs. Which in itself is a fairly simple issue. From a billionare company with customers giving them a lot of money this is just horrible and ive seen other companies blasted for a lot less.
