So after months of messing around with doctors/dentists trying to find a answer I was given a night guard which did work for the first few days but since 2 days ago even wearing it my jaws gone back to being stuck in the mornings sometimes all day. Is there something else I should be doing? I don’t have any pain I just can’t open my mouth fully.
