I run a small studio that does web design/dev, builds SaaS products, as well as software applications. The work is solid, I just hate the sales and marketing side of things, and it’s the bottleneck on my growth.
Looking to team up with someone (solo marketer or an agency) who’s good at the part I’m not. A few ways this could work:
- Rev share on any clients you bring in — happy to be generous here, I’d rather have steady deal flow than chase leads myself
- White-label — I quietly handle dev/design behind your brand so you can offer more without hiring
- Something hybrid — open to whatever makes sense
