Never had ectopics now having atrial runs 5-10 seconds and heart racing why is this happening?
did a damn stresstest even on my test 30 pacs and 9 pvd didnt feel a single one so cant even know when experiencing them this is just scary…

Hi everyone. I quit cigs last summer was getting some sleep apnea feelings and read scary stories about people getting heart rytm problems etc with undiagnosed sleep apnea.
When going to cafe i saw some 20y olds doing snus and they told me about how its safer for ur lungs etc.
ofc i was hooked immediatly but what i did not know was that i was having 15mg pouches every day for 6 months straight until my heart went nuts/irregular out of rytm for 5 mins straight. Scared the fuck out of me and almost called an ambulance. Days pass and i have this crazy anxiety every morning i go to my GP. He gives me anxiety meds and says anxiety.
Months pass and i feel my heart flutter and crazy morning anxiety that is not reacting to meds. Chest pressure,racing heart,heart skips. Im thinking im going to die at this point. I go to cardiology, i get a holter and it shows PACS (skip beat) the day i had my holter i felt like 1-2 skipping beats but my holter showed i had like 200. That i did not feel apparently and that was giving me the anxiety in the mornings!!
I did 4 echo’s 3 stresstests got everytime same conclusion benign extrasystoles when i never ever had these shit in my life. Anyways found a high ranked hospital with a top EP (cardiologist) electrical for heart. And he asked about my family history. After researching my family grandma to grandad both sides heart issues. Cousins with arrytmias uncles who have arrytmias. So holy shit why do i know this now. He thinks i had a AFIB episode triggered by the SNUS that made my BP hyptertension levels for 6 month straight. And wants to go in for a EP study to check for erratic signals and burn them told him wait a second, im like wait what is going on can i cure this with lifestyle changes?? Why invasive let me try some medicine first. He gave me a low dose betablokker. Still i have issues with my heart rytm at this point and lost my job and my joy in life at this point because of some stupid pouches. Im scared everyday and fear for my life.
Please dear people quit before its too late and you end up like me! I was fit 29 years male working,gym,wife child on the way that bought a house recently everything was going to plan and had a nice BMW now everything stopped and my life is going around AFIB and irregular beats. I dont have any joy at this moment you know why? I lost the most important thing in life and that is health. Worth more then anything in life!
