As the title states, i have been having an ongoing issue lately that when loading up rust even at random times my game/pc will freeze stutter and disk use will spike to 100% for random period of time and then back to normal after disk use goes back down to its normal 0-5% use. I have reinstalled windows twice now and it does fix the problem for 1-3 months time and then it will creep back up again. i have tried everything on google, from disabling superfetch and all that bs to the paging file virtual memory stuff still no luck
