Hi TradingView Team,
I'm reporting a critical data mapping issue within the New Stock Screener interface specifically for the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).
The Bug: As of April 30, 2026 (JST), the "Sector" and "Industry" columns in the Screener are showing as empty dashes ("—") for almost all Japanese stocks.
Critical Discrepancy: Interestingly, the classification data is correctly displayed on the individual symbol pages. For example, if I open the chart or info page for Sumitomo Heavy Industries (6302) or Tokyo Metro (9023), I can see their sector/industry perfectly. However, this same data fails to pull through into the Screener list.
Account & Subscription:
- Plan: Premium
- Market Data: Official Real-Time Data for TSE (Paid Subscription)
- Environment: Latest Stock Screener UI
Since I have a paid subscription for both the platform and the real-time feed, having this metadata missing makes filtering and industry-specific analysis impossible. This appears to be a synchronization error between the symbol database and the Screener UI engine.
Has anyone else on the TSE feed experienced this today? Any ETA for a fix?
Thanks!
