Has anyone had payout delays with this site?

I submitted a redemption request 10 days ago and completed all verification steps, including ID and payment confirmation. Since then, support keeps saying it will be processed soon or within 24 hours, but nothing has changed.

I understand larger payouts can take extra time, but the repeated delays and lack of communication are concerning. Has anyone experienced something similar, and did it eventually get resolved?
