Cookbook
Does anyone know where I can find the translated version of the special chapter that’s in the cookbook? It there’s one available of course.

So recently I was seeing a lot of people comparing Zuko’s appearance in the avatar movie to Jinshi’s and I had forgotten that a lot of parts of Avatar are actually inspired from the Chinese culture and country. So I had a funny thought that if the characters from the Apocathery Diaries were able to bend elements like those in Avatar, which character would bend which element? For me I think Jinshi would be a firebender since the Fire Nation is very royalty inspired like the Imperial Family in the country of Li. As for Maomao, I think an earthbender would suit her since she’s so used to nature and it’s obsessed with the posions and medicines it brings. As for other characters I’m still debating and I would like to hear others peoples opinions on this fun idea. You guys are welcome to assign different bendings to as many characters as you want and I would also like to hear your reasonings for them as well.
Is the way Kokuyou behaves really bad? I’m mean isn’t that how most people are these days? If someone treats you bad then you would treat them bad in return whereas if they are good you would be good to them. He had no obligation to help the annoying villagers that treated him so badly. If there’s one thing that’s a red flag about was that he killed his teacher and that bandit but they both honestly got what they deserved so is it really that bad? Maomao is worried that Kokuyou might do something nefarious in that quarantined village and would feel responsible because she recommended him but would it really be his fault if the villagers were the ones who started it first? I suppose a lot of ethics are at play in this situation but what do you guys think?
