I’m a junior, and i got a 35 on math and reading. However, my english score was abysmal. (28, no study)

If i take another test in roughly a month, aim for a 35 english, does my math/reading score at that site matter AT ALL? like can I get a 0/0/35 and be good with a superscore of 35? Or should I still try for 35/35/35? Do colleges care/will they even see ?
