Quick question: how to best input & override downloaded T5008 info?

I downloaded all my T5008 slip info onto my tax software (as most were straightforward transactions) but there are a handful of securities that need to be updated with my own ACB calculations. Do I just override/update each T5008 slip myself or do I remove them and just add those securities onto Schedule 3 manually?

Just curious how you all do it. TIA :)
