I picked up a purty Peugeot 12 speed road bike (700cc) today after a long hiatus of riding.

I want to convert it into a swappable single speed/fixed gear bike.

I did this conversion to a few bikes way back in the day but have completely forgotten what all goes in to the project.

Will be riding shorter flat/land with a front brake. Looking for thicker white wheels and white crankset.
