Hi guys,
I am planning to shift tentatively by 10th June. I am looking for a 1BHK flat/builder floor in the mentioned areas. My budget is around 8k-14k and looking for good locality and cooperative landlords. Pls suggest if you know any such places. Also I would prefer if there are markets and good places in proximity.

Which ug branch has the worst grading policy? And which all branches have lowest average grades?
