Is anyone having any issues submitting task where it keeps saying failed to submit block try again? Then it keeps giving that same error over and over

Was anybody removed today via email before even taking the assessment? Per email "After an internal review, we've made the decision to remove you from Project F, effective immediately, due to changing project needs. This is not a reflection on your work or quality. We understand this is difficult news to receive, and we appreciate all the contributions you've made to the project."
