Rehiring of Academic Tutors at Crimson Education and Revision Village/Medview.
I was not allowed to continue as a Tutor from Crimson Education, because I had emailed a student multiple times, right before the day of the exam, and the student was unresponsive. I was very concerned about the performance on the exam, without the final revision, I didn't take the SSM in loop and kept on the discussion with the student outside the Crimson app for like 3-4 months. On the day of exam, the student was unresponsive so I emailed the parent too, but the parent replied late and the SSM told me to not disturb them if they aren't replying. This got escalated as a CHILD ABUSE under their policies and within a moth, they terminated my contract. I lost 31 of my students on like 22 days. They put a 30 day STRIKE against me and the 31st day was my last day at Crimson. I have 520 Five star ratings out of 526, rest being 4 star ratings. My students still keep texting me, but alas, I cannot do anything. Is there a way, I can get back to offer my tutoring services again??
