The dual lands are indeed a completion of the Campus cycle — however here they have been up-shifted in rarity due to the retro nature and lower power level of the set.
Also, because of the set’s flagship mechanic — Primal (You can only use mana produced by basic lands and creatures to pay a primal cost) — players are somewhat disincentivized to use nonbasics. Hence why the two rare utility lands are relatively strong comparatively (as a temptation, and to help a couple other archetypes).
Also, very much looking for feedback on the choice of art — especially any impressions as to how it conveys the world and setting at a glance.
