I just went to the doctors because my mum believed i had low iron so the doctor told me to do a blood pressure test and at first it must of been high (could’ve been because of my anxiety) but then he made me be silent for a minute to try to relax and then did it again and told me i had high blood pressure (not sure by how much though he didn’t tell me) i know have to get a blood test in a weeks time (im insanely scared of needles, blood and veins lmfao so pretty scared) just wondering if anyone has a similar situation because from what i’ve looked up it says it could be because of obesity but im like 48kg lol 😭
