I'm due my pip appeal soon so I'm just asking people of there opinions if i will get it I'm going to bullet point by problems

. I've been diagnosed with ADHD, Mixed anxiety and depression

. my friend has to cook for me because i get easily distracted and nearly burned the house down because I've left the food cooking and forgot about it

. my friend has to hold my bank card and do my shopping as i don't leave the house due to my social anxiety and i make unnecessary purchases

. he has to keep my medication in a lock box and administer it because I've double dosed by accident as i forget

. i have to get prompted to have a bath because I've been a week without washing and self neglected myself he also has to keep an eye on my bath when its running because I've left it running and nearly flooded the house as well.

. he does my washing and irons my clothes because I have melted a couple of clothes because I've either had the iron on too hot or left the iron on the clothes too long
