Where do guys get their work pants now?

I have always been wearing Uniqlo Smart Ankle Pants, until recently I started growing a little at work.. it’s becoming tighter for me.. as my legs started to expand.. ofc I started working out also but I’m also looking for those straight cutting ones, but not too baggy work pants.. tailor is so expensive so I guess the most budget way is to buy off rack and get it alter if needed :(

Anyone can recommend something for a fat guy here please?
