Good morning everyone. Staying in a hotel, cannot understand this dial for the life of me. It was cold last night, can’t remember what setting it was on, I fiddled with it trying to make it colder and this morning it’s not cold anymore. This photo was also taken after I’d fiddled with it a few times so I can’t even remember what it was set to last night.

Does anyone know which way it needs to be turned to make it as cold as possible? It also seems like it’s not actually on.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
