I need some help to figure out how my brain has been hacked through "brain-computer" interfaces by my stalker who has been spying on me and used to livestream me on darknet, does anyone know how to access any sites regarding "brainjacking" or streaming servers that are similar to what he could've live-streamed me on.

I have been live-streamed on the darkweb by my neighbour who has planted cameras around my flat and has been spying on me and live-streaming me to other people to make money. How can I find the livestream as I've only been told by other people, do i need to download any specific software.
