There’s something that needs to be said.
The “Ballers on a Budget” afterparty raid train has completely shifted buyer expectations—and not in a good way.
When ultra-low bids become the norm, it doesn’t just stay in one show. It spills over into every other seller’s space. Sellers who are pricing fairly, sourcing responsibly, and trying to build sustainable businesses are now being undercut by unrealistic expectations.
This isn’t about competition—competition is healthy. This is about creating a race to the bottom that hurts the entire seller community.
If we want this platform to thrive long-term, we need to think beyond quick wins and consider the bigger picture.
Because right now? A lot of hardworking sellers are paying the price.
